CABECITA LOCA SANGRIA

It is wrong for me to say it, but I am the only sangria certified as artisan by a public institution. I am made in the traditional style with selected natural ingredients of the highest quality.

I am made from red wine matured in French oak, grape must, natural Mediterranean citrus juice, Sri Lankan cinnamon sticks “five zeros special” and vanilla pods from Papua New Guinea.

I contain only sugars and acids from the fruit itself.

No concentrated industrial flavorings have been used to conceive me and I am presented as I am, unclarified and unfiltered, in order to keep all my organoleptic qualities intact.

As proof of this, I contain solid parts from citrus pulp and grape must, which is why I have an appreciated cloudiness.

By the hand of Victor Clavería, winemaker and Food Artisan of Aragón, the flavors and aromas of wine, citrus and spices are assembled to perfection in me. A careful and perfectionist work that makes me a unique drink, which synthesizes rebelliousness, fun and that little bit of provocation that exists in all of us.
